Dolphins

Emma loves to read my blog and contribute ideas for posts. Today she gave me an idea--word for word. Here it goes.
This morning Anna was taking a bath. She started making weird growling noises, so Emma went to check on her. She found Anna "swimming" on her belly. Anna noticed Emma and said, "I'm a dolphin!" It was pretty funny.

  1. Whenever my kids do something they perceive as being funny, they say, "Are you going to tell your sisters that?" It's like a contest to see who can be cute enough to get told in a story. Eventually "Are you going to tell your sisters that?" will evolve into "Are you going to put that on your blog?"

  2. My kids haven't made the connection between what they do and the blog. Should I be worried? :-)

  3. Don't be worried, Laura. My other kids don't even realize I have a blog. Emma is with me in whatever I do, always.

  4. Alyssa is with me in whatever I do, always, too. It makes it hard with Kent at times.

Anna is so funny. I don't know why none of you guys put anything about the dolphin.
